About Me
Hi, I'm Jenny, Specialist Occupational Therapist and owner of North East Scar Therapy.

My treatments are focused on helping you to heal well, feel well and move well; I want to support you to get back to doing the things that matter most to you, whilst feeling good in your body.

I've worked with scars for over 6 years, having first been introduced to scar therapy when working in Complex Trauma Rehabilitation for the Armed Forces.
​
Since then, I've worked with a variety of people with scars, from burns to C-Sections, traumatic injury scars and mastectomies. ​
​
With scarring often comes swelling, especially in the early days after injury or surgery.
For my oncology clients lymphoedema can be a more long term complication of treatment.

I can help you take control of your scarring and swelling, to restore your quality of life.
